Mohamed
Elmuntasser, 52, is the
owner and the CEO of SOSCO.
During 70s and 80s, he has
worked in well-known
organizations where he has
grasped wide knowledge in
construction, heavy
transportation and oil
services fields. By 1997, he
has established SOSco in
Misurata to be expanded in
few years into its current
status. He managed to turn
the struggling slow moving
giant of a company into a
dynamic growth company
revered by many. During his
leadership at SOSco, he
increased the value of the
company to be one of the
well-known companies in the
field.
In his 14 years at the helm,
he grew SOSCO from small
business to a leading
provider of Oil services and
Transportation in Libya with
approximately 300 employees. |

Khalid
Alsharif was born in
Misurata in 1973. He can be
considered as co-founder of
SOSco as he has witnessed
the growth of the company
from the scratch.
After graduating, Mr
Alsharif joined SOSCO as a
Manager of Misurata office
and worked his way through
the ranks to become the
Deputy Manager and Finance
director of SOSco, making
him one of the key persons
in the company.
SOSCO
saw great growth and
expansion under Khalid
Alshirif's leadership.
Through streamlining
operations, acquiring new
businesses, and ensuring
that each business under the
SOSCO umbrella was one of
the best in its field the
company was able expand
dramatically from 1997 until
present.
Mr Alsharif encouraged his
employees to change in order
to achieve the company long
term strategies. Employees
were given free reign as
long as they followed the
SOSCO ethic of constant
change and striving to do
better. He is running SOSCO
like a small dynamic
business able to change as
opportunities arose or when
a business becomes
unprofitable. |

Altrabulssy has over 25

counsel SOSco on investment
opportunities, keeping
abreast of the financial

and investment vehicles.

Mr
Altomy has wide experience
in heavy transportation
field. During his 10 years
work with SOSCO, he has
provided the best service
available to our clients. He
is mainly responsible for
maintaining the physical
condition of all company
vehicles and machinery as
well as maintaining the
legal status of all vehicles
including titles and
insurance. He also organises
and orchestrate all company
drivers as to their intended
dates, times, and locations
of departures and arrivals,
as well as identifying
company passengers to
maintain accurate delivery
of materials, route record
keeping, and enforcement of
company policy at all times.

Mr
Elhweik holds the position
of health and safety manager
at SOSco since 2008. He has
the suitable working
knowledge of HSE in oil
services field and he has
NEBOSH accreditation
qualification. He has a BSc
in Electric and Electronic
Engineering followed by
extensive training courses
in Health and safety which
includes the NEBOSH
International General
Certificate in Occupational
Health and Safety and IOSH
managing safely from Dubai,
and FPOS first aid courses
in Libya.
One of Mr Elhweik's key
responsibilities is to
develop and implement a
robust Health and Safety
Management System and
Strategy. The ability to
establish, develop and
maintain a positive and
pro-active health and safety
culture, to reflect the
vision and values of SOSco
business, with its
contractors, staff and
stakeholders, is especially
important. He is ensuring
that relevant and specific
HSE plans are developed and
implemented and conduct
regular audits to monitor
implementation of HSE plans
and identify risk areas.

|
Mr Alzein has over 20
years experience as crane
operator and HGV driver. He
was appointed as cranes'
coordinator in SOSCO in
2004. Since that time, he is
responsible for all cranes
in the company which
includes maintenance and
providing support to our
drivers and clients.
Mr Alzein enhanced his
experience with advanced
training external courses in
Italy and local training
courses in Libya.
